Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days.
Shipping times
We ship from our Studio in Texas, USA. Shipping times are estimated as follows:
- North America: 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping)
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-6 weeks
Order processing time + Shipping time = Delivery time
US Domestic and International Shipping
All US orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless upgraded. We offer free USPS First Class Mail on all US orders. Please note your package will not be insured unless upgraded at checkout.
For international orders, please note that First Class Mail does not provide tracking once the package leaves the US. Please note this is part of the carrier service and Bonds & Wonders™ has no control over this. For full tracking information until delivery UPS must be selected. International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Lost or Stolen Packages
